Testosterone dispensing is strictly controlled by the DEA. Therefore only a maximum of a 6 month supply is allowed. To comply with federal regulations, your weekly dose will be calculated by the pharmacy to determine how much testosterone will be needed to yield no more than a 6 months supply. For some men this may not allow 2 x 5 cc vial to be dispensed, and may be restricted to only one 5 cc vial. The price will be adjusted if this is the case.

Online Hormone ordering is only for ACTIVE patients of Dr. Liebowitz. An active patient is someone who has had a consult with Dr. Liebowitz within one year of the request for hormones. If you have not had a consult within one year of the ordering date, your online request for hormones will not be honored, and you will need to contact the Doctor's office directly.
